AboutBugrocket

Bugrocket account holders can setup the Slack integration on the main management/admin page in their accounts. Once configured, Bugrocket will post ticket creation and update notifications to the channel chosen by the user. Included is:

- the title (& number)
- a excerpt from a comment (if any)
- the author (and their avatar)
- any change in assignee, status, priority, list

That's pretty much it!
